"The staff at Howie's was very helpful in giving an estimate. After completion of the work, the staff member explained that because of the way our registers are designed that the air ducts were minimally dirty. He suggested that the air ducts be cleaned again only after major remodeling. This is one of the few times that a company explained we don't need their service except in extreme circumstances. It was a refreshingly honest attitude. "
